Capacity is what we leave behind. Coordination routines, evaluation data, partner relationships, and the digital tools we build for a program all stay with the organization when our scope ends, so the next program is easier to run than the first.

When a grant pays for a building, the construction schedule and the grant agreement have to move together. Aura advises the owner so both stay on track.

Aura works for the owner, not the contractor. We help first-time facility owners evaluate change orders, requests for information, schedule revisions, and payments: what is being asked, what it costs, whether the grant can pay for it, and how to respond.

Grant-funded construction follows both the project schedule and the award terms. We track each cost to the right funding source and resolve eligibility and documentation questions before payment, reducing the risk of disallowed costs at closeout.
